Ages3–7

You need

  • Folded paper
  • Crayons and stickers

Let's play

  1. Think of a helper you see: a mail carrier, crossing guard, librarian or bus driver.
  2. Draw a picture of them doing their job.
  3. Write (or dictate) "Thank you!"
  4. Deliver it in person or leave it in the mailbox.
Grown-up tip: Watch their faces. Kids learn a lot from seeing how much a thank-you means.
